  • For all orders shipped outside of Thailand, prices displayed on our website do not include international duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • After your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it.

    Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time varies by destination. Here are our general estimates:

    • Asia Pacific Region: Approximately 7-15 business days

    • Other International Destinations: Approximately 10-20 business days

    Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary due to local customs processing in your country. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

  • We accept returns only for items with a significant manufacturing fault, requested within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. To start a return, please visit our return form for more details.

  • Some of collection does not come with a guarantee tag because some of the stock we received was overproduced by the factory, which we purchased as dead stock.

    Since we are not the original customer, we do not have the right to claim ownership of these items, and we respect that.
